At Stoneridge Leather Company, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- With all original tags intact
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
2. How to Initiate a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. -
All Other Returns (e.g. change of mind):
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once the return is approved.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
