Stoneridge Leather Company – Final Clearance Policy

Effective Date: February 15, 2025


Final Sale & Store Credit Only
All products purchased during our final clearance are final sale. Traditional refunds or returns are not available. If a return is necessary, it will be issued as store credit only, following the conditions below.


Issuing Store Credit
Store credit is available only for defective or damaged items. This credit is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be used for future purchases at Stoneridge Leather Company.


Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for store credit, the returned item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With all tags intact

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


Return Process for Defective or Mis-shipped Items

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us immediately at stoneridgeleatherco@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

  2. Approval & Instructions:
    If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  3. Store Credit Issuance:
    Once we receive and inspect the item, store credit will be applied to your account.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Due to the final clearance nature of this sale, no returns or exchanges are allowed except for defective or damaged items. Items that are:

  • Perishable

  • Custom or personalized

  • Hazardous materials

  • Marked as non-returnable

…are always final sale.
