Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stoneridge Leather Company. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are 7–15 business days from the date of shipment. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

3. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package in real time via the carrier's website.

4. Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at sales@stoneridgeleatherco.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
