Stoneridge Leather Company Final Clearance Sale Policy

Effective Date: February 15, 2025

Final Sale – Store Credit Only
All items purchased during our final clearance are final sale. No refunds or traditional returns are accepted. Returns are eligible for store credit only under the conditions below.

Store Credit
Store credit may be issued for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described. It is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be used for future purchases at Stoneridge Leather Company.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for store credit:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process for Defective or Incorrect Items

  1. Contact Us: Email stoneridgeleatherco@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

  2. Approval & Instructions: If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  3. Store Credit Issuance: After inspection, store credit will be applied to your account.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Except for defective or incorrect items, all final clearance items are non-returnable. This includes perishable goods, custom or personalized items, hazardous materials, and any product marked as non-returnable at purchase.
